We have direct access to the water with a nice sandy beach, free kayaks, floating dock and windsurf and Stand up paddleboards classes and rentals.. Come here to play volleyball, ping-pong or to try the only “petanque” (boules) area in the south of Nicaragua.
We offer awesome patio views, landscaped gardens, a wonderful shady rancho with sun chairs, hammocks and a bar right on the water’s edge.

Hostel Paradiso is paradise indeed. Staying there was one of the high points of my two months in Nicaragua. I ended up staying ten days and then returning for four more! The setting is gorgeous and the owners really know what travelers want — comfortable and clean very reasonably priced accommodations, a beautiful lakeside bar/restaurant, exquisite gardens, excellent food and also a guest kitchen, free kayaks, an enchanting lake with good for swimming day and night! Wonderful seating areas scattered throughout the tiered accommodations and lots of reclining beach chairs by the water. The welcoming staff and their warm assistance made my stay an unforgettable experience. I look forward to coming back!
